Definitions

Customer, “You”, or “Yours” refers to you and/or any individual placing an order, booking an event, or registering for community membership with Obsessed Pickleballers LLC.

Company, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Obsessed Pickleballers LLC.

Product refers to all digital and physical goods offered by Obsessed Pickleballers LLC, including eBooks, audiobooks, apparel, guides, event tickets, and related materials.

Order refers to a request placed by the Customer, either through the website, phone, or email, to purchase any product or service from Obsessed Pickleballers LLC.

Services refer to all offerings provided by Obsessed Pickleballers LLC, including but not limited to digital resources, community memberships, live camps, workshops, and authorized SMS communication related to updates, events, and promotions.

Services

Obsessed Pickleballers LLC provides educational and community-based pickleball resources designed to improve player skill, confidence, and enjoyment. Our services include digital product sales, online coaching programs, community memberships, in-person training camps, and related customer support.

Revision Policy

If you purchase a digital product or participate in a service that includes revisions (e.g., personalized coaching feedback), these are provided in accordance with the package you select.

Revisions are offered for corrections or improvements aligned with the original scope of the product or service.

If new requirements are introduced after delivery, additional charges may apply.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind

A 100% refund is available if no digital download, shipment, or service access has been initiated.

Once digital content is accessed, an event is booked, or membership is activated, refunds are not guaranteed.

If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and before delivery, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Event and Camp Registrations

Cancellations made at least 10 business days before an event may qualify for a partial refund or credit toward a future event.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 10 days of the event.

Incompetent Delivery

If a digital product is defective or incomplete, we will offer a corrected version or replacement before considering a refund.

Late Delivery

For physical shipments, refunds or replacements may be considered if tracking indicates unreasonable delay not caused by the carrier or customer error.

Refund Timeframe
